SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the US. If you would like to purchase a product outside North America, please email us at hello@sahajan.com and we can get a shipping quote for you.

How long does it take to fulfill an order?

Orders place Sunday through Thursday are shipped within 24 hours. Those placed Friay and Saturday are processed the following Monday. We do not ship on the following major holidays: New Years Day, Family Day (Canada), Victoria Day (Canada), July 1st, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (Canada and the US), Boxing Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. The subject line will include "Order [#] has shipped." and there will be a "Track Package" button. If you haven't received your shipping notification, please check your email and spam folder for an email from hello@sahajan.com Tracking information may not be immediately available once the tracking is live. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier system. If you don't see any updates within 3 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@sahajan.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping to Canada or the United States will be FREE for purchases at $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly take it back, no questions asked within 30 days. All that we ask is that you take care of the shipping. Please contact hello@sahajan.com at any time for inquiries. You may return any products within 30 days, other than SPECIALS that are listed as Final Sale Items, ordered from this website with original receipt from www.sahajan.com, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). If the shipment is returned to sender, Sahajan will charge a flat fee for $10 for shipping and handling.

How will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive it. Please be aware that there may be an additional waiting period from your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, you can log into your Sahajan account, or create your account. Click on "View Orders" to get the latest information. To create or log in to your Sahajan account, please follow this link: https://sahajan./account/login. You'll receive email confirmations for the following statuses as well: Order Confirmation Order Shipped Order is Out for Delivery Order Delivered If you are not seeing emails for your email, please add hello@sahajan.com to your address book to prevent them from going to your spam folder.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or damaged items in my order?

We're sorry to hear that and we'd love to make it right for you! Please contact our Customer Support Team and let them know exactly what was incorrect or damaged in the order. Once this information is received, they'll create a new order for you to receive the correct items.

What can I use my discount code on?

Discount codes can be used on Sahajan.com orders excluding sets and gift cards. They cannot be combined with other offers. You can use one discount code per order. If you use a discount code on your order, it is not considered a sale item and you can still return your order for a refund within 30 days.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

To ship your products as soon as possible, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Once orders are submitted, we cannot edit, cancel, or change your address. If your order has been dispatched, it must be processed as a return once received. Please contact our Customer Support Team at hello@sahajan.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Sahajan accepts all major credit cards, ShopPay, Sezzle, PayPal and Sahajan e-gift cards.

Are Sahajan products clean?

Although there isn’t a universal definition for 'clean,' our products are crafted with the highest safety standards in mind. We use a blend of natural ingredients and safe synthetics, always prioritizing your health and wellbeing. We’re committed to being cruelty-free and free of parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), silicones, formaldehyde, hydroquinone, mineral oil, petrolatum, and synthetic fragrance.

Are Sahjan products safe for pregnancy?

Our products are generally considered safe for pregnancy, but since skin can become more sensitive and prone to hyperpigmentation during this time, we recommend always patch testing and using SPF. If you're ever unsure, it's best to consult your healthcare provider before introducing any new products into your routine.

Are Sahajan products gluten free?

While we don’t add gluten to any of our products, they are not made in a gluten-free facility. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider.

Are Sahajan products vegan?

Most of the Sahajan product line is vegan, but in keeping with Ayurvedic tradition, certain products contain ingredients like ghee, honey, and beeswax. The Golden Glow Eye Balm, Essential Cleansing Oil, and Lip Karma are not vegan.

What does clinically tested mean?

Clinically tested means a product has undergone rigorous, quantitative testing to assess its effects on the skin or other areas. This process ensures that both the product and its ingredients have been scientifically evaluated for their efficacy and safety.

Are Sahajan products dairy-free?

All Sahajan products are dairy-free, with the exception of our Golden Glow Eye Balm, which contains ghee.

Are Sahajan products fragrance-free?

Most of our products have no added fragrance, but a few—Radiance Serum, Nourish Crème Riche, Balance Toner, Ritual Body Oil, and Nurture Hair Oil—do contain naturally derived fragrances to enhance the sensory experience.

What preservatives does Sahajan use?

We believe that a poorly preserved product can do more harm than good for your skin. In products that require preservatives (such as those that mix oil and water), we use safe synthetic preservatives that are approved by the Environmental Working Group to ensure both efficacy and safety.

Where are Sahajan products made?

Sahajan's products are proudly made in Canada.

What happens if I have a reaction to a product?

If you believe you're having a reaction to a product, please stop using it immediately. While our products are thoroughly tested for safety, even safe ingredients can affect individuals differently.
